Gifts & Decorative Accessories has been celebrating retail excellence since 1951 through its Retailer Excellence Awards. Our 2026 ceremony promises to continue that proud tradition with an unforgettable evening in Dallas.

The prestigious program recognizes independent retail finalists across eight niche categories, including Social Media Outreach and Online Initiatives, Store Design/Redesign, Visual Merchandising, Store Events, Specialty Store, Multiple Locations, and Socially Responsible. Category winners will be announced live on stage during the gala.

Attendees will also help recognize the inaugural Diamond Award honorees, the 2026 Manufacturer of the Year and regional Sales Representatives of the Year.

This year’s milestone anniversary event will begin at 6:00 PM on Wednesday, June 24 at the Hilton Anatole in Dallas, featuring a networking cocktail hour, a dinner, and plenty of time to connect with top professionals from across the gift industry.
